Otvishki Peak is the highest peak in the namesake section of Northwestern Rila (2,697 m above sea level). It is located on the Otvishko Ridge, west of the Razdela Saddle and east of Seimenski Kamak Peak. Viewed from the ridge or the southern side, it does not appear as a distinct peak, but to the northeast, it stands out as a sharp cone, with its slope forming a natural barrier for the Otvishki Cirque. The saddle at the northern base of the peak serves as a connection between the Otvishki and Kabul sections of Northwestern Rila. At the southern base of the peak lies the Ivan Vazov Hut. The ascent from the hut (50 minutes) follows a grassy southern slope, which in winter provides excellent skiing terrain. In some written sources, Otvishki Peak is also referred to as Seimenski Peak, the eastern neighbor of Seimenski Kamak Peak.
